Remote Support

Many technical issues can be resolved without having an engineer sent to site. We can access your computers and networks remotely in order to investigate or resolve any urgent issues.

Remote access also enables us to test your server systems, review your back-up records, check for viruses and monitor any security threats, so you can be confident that your systems are secure.

On Site Support

Not all problems can be resolved remotely, and so we provide on-site support to help support our clients through any technical issues. We can fix any problems you may be experiencing. or help you relocate equipment, replace old equipment and install additional equipment.
